K-W Rangers edged by Kingston Ice Wolves 3-4
The K-W Rangers PWHL Team played a tight game through all 60 minutes, but in the end the Ice Wolves edged past them with a late goal for the win.
Neither team gained more than a one-goal lead, and the Rangers' offense rang up 39 shots on Kingston's net.
The Rangers got a first period goal from Lindsay Dales to open the game. She was assisted by Mary Worndl and Loren Gabel. Then Mary Worndl had her own goal, scoring at 10:28 into the first period on a power-play, to make the score 2-1. Laura Irwin and Loren Gabel picked up assists. In addition, Dollee Meigs had a second period goal, assisted by Jade Gauthier. Laura Deller recorded 21 saves.
